This website is operated by Dave Peters Photo Media. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Orders
All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours and crops may vary slightly from screen to print. Orders are confirmed via email and processed once payment is received.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Prints are shipped via Royal Mail or courier within 5–10 business days. Delays outside our control (e.g. strikes or customs) are not our responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued once the item is returned in original condition. Bespoke or personalised prints are non-refundable unless faulty.

5. Copyright & Usage
All images and content are the property of Dave Peters and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing a print does not grant copyright or usage rights beyond personal display.

6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the cost of the purchased item.

7. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
